For instance, we have manufactured generator parts for gearless wind turbines, a catalyst basket for a nitric acid plant, hydro-turbines, steel plant equipment and also offer testing and inspection services for precision equipment.

Heavy Engineering

Since 1976, we have been leaders in fabricating unit static equipment. We manufacture the entire range of process equipment for end-users in core industry segments like oil & gas, refineries, petrochemicals, fertilizers, power, water, chemicals and pharmaceuticals around the world. We produce and service columns, custom-built equipment like piping spools, heat exchangers, pressure vehicles and reactors.

Aerospace

With a vision to strengthen India's indigenous space program, we began the Aerospace business in 1985. We started with developing high precision components made of exotic alloys for the spacecrafts built by Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) for its missions. Today, Godrej Aerospace is an integral contributor to the success of the globally lauded Indian space program including the Mangalyaan and Chandrayaan missions.

Infrastructure

Present at every stage of the real estate development life cycle, we produce construction materials, offer environmental engineering services, construction engineering services as well as horticulture and landscaping management services.Our Godrej Construction business unit houses a dedicated R&D facility to develop products such as ultra-high-performance concrete, pervious concrete and decorative concrete, which can be customised as per requirements. Our assets include a ready-mix concrete plant and a well-equipped central concrete lab to ensure consistency in quality.

Godrej Lawkim Motors

Acquired by Godrej & Boyce in 1977, Lawkim Motors pioneered the manufacture of hermetic compressor motors in India in collaboration with Emerson Electric, USA. Its manufacturing capabilities have expanded to over 4 million motors a year including hermetic motors, industrial & commercial motors, lamination & motor components. In addition to this, we have developed in-house calibration and testing capabilities as well. Our energy-efficient Lawkim Motors supply high-quality components that meet the highest manufacturing benchmarks the world over.

Godrej Material Handling

Godrej Material Handling is India’s largest and the only lift truck manufacturer to be among top 20 lift truck manufacturers of the world. The wide range of electric equipment which includes Reach trucks, 5-tonne electric counter-balance forklift are indigenously designed for the Indian conditions. The diesel counter-balance forklift has capacity up to 16-tonne. Godrej Material Handling provides after sales support through its wide network of channel partners to ensure first response within 24 hours. The range of equipment is exported to more than 40 countries.

Godrej Precision Engineering specialises in making unique equipment that requires great visualization, creativity and intuition in addition to significant scientific knowledge and technical prowess.
