Terms and Conditions for Discount Vouchers

Definitions

a. “Discount Voucher” refers to the code provided by the Promoter or its affiliates.
b. “Promotional Period” refers to a duration from 21st day of December 2022 to 26th day of January 2023.
c. “Promotion” refers to the availing of a 10% discount through the usage of Discount Vouchers within the Promotional Period or Limit of Redemption.
d. “Limit of Redemption” refers to the maximum redemptions of the Discount voucher that are considered valid. Each code has a limit of three (3) redemptions only.
e. “Qualifying Purchase” refers to the purchase of Godrej Convection Microwave Ovens.
f. “Official Website” refers to "https://shop.godrejappliances.com/shop.php?catid=4&ptid[]=10"
g. “Promoter” refers to Godrej and Boyce Manufacturing Company, Ltd, a company incorporated under Indian Companies Act, 1913, having its registered office at Pirojshanagar, Vikhroli (west), Mumbai- 400079 through its Appliances Division.

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (together with any relevant and referenced documents, including the Website terms of use) set out the terms relating to the redemption of promotional Discount Voucher. The details of the promotional discount will be set out in the description of the specific promotion and the specific terms and conditions for the Discount Voucher. Please note that our standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect of any orders placed using Discount Voucher and the Website terms of use for using our site also apply.
1.2. By confirming your order using the Discount Voucher, you are accepting these terms and conditions. Any terms which you seek to impose in respect to the order for Discount through this site will not form part of any contract between us. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before confirming your order. If you have any queries on these terms, please contact us before ordering using a Discount Voucher.

2. Duration

2.1. The Promotional Period shall last till 26th day of January 2023 or till the Limit of Redemption is achieved, whichever is the earliest.

3. Eligibility

3.1. This Promotion is open to all customers availing the Discount Voucher, subject to the Limit of Redemption, with the Qualifying Purchase.
3.2. The Promoters, authorized dealers, distributors, advertisers, or related agencies of the Promoter are ineligible to enter into the promotion.

4. Method of redemption

4.1. The Discount Voucher must be realized and entered while making a Qualifying Purchase.
4.2. The Qualifying purchase must be made through the Official Website of the Promoter.
4.3. Only one Discount Voucher can be used per order of Product.
4.4. Discount Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers.
4.5. Discount Vouchers can only be used ONCE per customer unless clearly stated.
4.6. Discount Vouchers are NOT applicable to subscription products or reoccurring billing products.
4.7. Discount Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.8. Discount Vouchers are valid for a limited time, as specified as the Promotional Period.

5. Refund

5.1. In a case of refund or replacement of the Qualifying Purchase, the Discount Voucher will be considered lapsed.
5.2. Discount Voucher will not be refunded with the Qualifying Purchase.

6. Right to vary Terms and Conditions

6.1. We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions of sale to reflect changes affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws, and regulatory requirements and changes in our site's capabilities.
6.2. Recipients will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions of sale at the time that they use their Discount Voucher unless any change to those policies or these terms is required to be made by law or governmental authority.
6.3. The Promoter reserves the right to reject the use of any Discount Voucher that the Promoter believes to have been obtained fraudulently or in violation of these terms and conditions.

7. Decision Final

7.1. The Promoter’s decision relating to the Promotion and/or redemption of the Discount Voucher is final and no discussions or correspondence with participants or any other person will be entered into.

8. Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any legal action arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be brought in the courts of the Mumbai, India.
