Godrej Appliances Free Movie Tickets Scheme

1. This movie ticket is won by accepting the terms & conditions of the offer and by participating in the activities which are part of the scheme.

2. The scheme is applicable on select Godrej Appliances Models and select products described in clause 5 below.

3. The scheme is available at selected stores only in Madurai District, Tamilnadu.

4. This scheme cannot be clubbed with any other scheme.

5. This offer to participate in the scheme is valid following the purchase of refrigerators and/or washing machines and/or air conditioners and/or microwave ovens and / or chest freezers/ or air coolers and/or dishwasher (“select Product”) of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.– Appliance Division (“Godrej”) by any consumer who purchases the select Product and who thereafter elects to participate in the offer.

6. This offer is a voluntary offer made by the concerned trade partner. Neither this offer, nor the participation in it, has any direct or indirect relationship with the maximum retail price (MRP) of any Products. The MRP paid for any Product will be the sole consideration for the sale of such Product, and purchase of such Product. Participation in the offer is purely voluntary. By participation in the offer, it is deemed that you have accepted the terms and conditions mentioned herewith.

7. The above offer is by and at the sole discretion of the dealer. Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. – Appliance Division disclaims any / all liabilities, cost or expenses whatsoever may arise in relation to the offer.

8. This offer is valid between 12th April to 17th April 2022 or until the entire stock of select products are sold, whichever is earlier.

9. The movie ticket so offered cannot be redeemed for actual cash or adjusted against the price of the product. The ticket cannot be transferred to another individual.

10. For each Product purchased, the purchaser shall be entitled to two (2) movie tickets only. the Eligible Customer shall not be entitled for any additional movie tickets. This offer cannot be clubbed against a single purchase. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other prevailing promotions and offers as may be offered by on or behalf of the Company in respect of Product from time to time.

11. The dealer will offer the movie tickets of movie ‘THE BEAST’. It would be sole discretion of the dealer/ Godrej to offer which theatre/ multiplex respect to conduct/ showcase of the chosen movie. The Eligible Customer’s demands as to the movie and/or the Theatre and/or the seats shall not be entertained.

12. The tickets as shared by the dealer do not offer any kind of free snacks/beverages or any other additional facility on site or elsewhere.

13. This offer is only valid in the state of Tamil Nadu and redeemable from the select Godrej Appliances authorized dealers only.

14. This Offer is not valid for any employees of Godrej.

15. The stores and or trade partners reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend, or discontinue the Offer, or any part thereof, without ascribing any reason and without any requirement for any prior notice to the Eligible Customers.

16. This offer is at the sole discretion of the store/trade partner. Neither Godrej nor the dealer from whom the relevant Product has been purchased shall be responsible for any cost, expense, or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from, or connected with this offer.

17. This offer cannot be merged or combined with any other promotional scheme.

18. By participating in this scheme, you hereby consent to the terms and conditions of the offer including these terms on this card.

19. This offer, including the purchase of any Products and the movie ticket, shall be subject to the laws of India, including all applicable tax laws and regulations, as may be applicable from time to time. The Eligible Customers shall be required to bear all taxes in connection with the purchase of the qualifying Products, in accordance with prevailing tax laws. The winning participating customer shall be required to bear all taxes in connection with the award of the prize to such winning participating customer, in accordance with prevailing tax laws.

20. In case of disputes, the courts in Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with the same.
