It was in 1985 that the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) reached out to us for the first time. They wanted Godrej & Boyce to develop high precision components for their satellite launch program. Since then, we've been a part of all critical space missions of India. Building the engines that power India’s ambitious space program as well as other critical components, including those of the Mangalyaan and Chandrayaan I, II and III missions.
It was with a vision to strengthen India’s indigenous space program that we entered the Aerospace industry. Over time, we became a Tier One manufacturer of precision and hi-tech aerospace components, assemblies and systems, executing global projects across space and aviation, including mission critical equipment for strategic applications. In civil aviation, we are currently executing projects for global majors like Honeywell, GE, Rolls Royce, Boeing and Safran. We have an integrated manufacturing set-up with capabilities in hi-tech machining, complex fabrication, assembly and testing, with a recently established state-of-the-art rubber and composites facility. Come, partner with us to experience the same level of innovation, precision and integrity that has helped make Indian Aerospace a self-reliant leader on the global stage.
Godrej Aerospace is the sole manufacturer of Liquid Engines for Space Launch Vehicles for the Indian Space Research Organization along with our consortium partner. Apart from the engines, we also supply complex thrusters for satellite applications and complex assemblies for Cryogenic & Semi Cryogenic Engines for Launch Vehicles.
